Our client's website is one of the world’s most visited sites, serving millions of people every day, and is a key part of our client's communication strategy. The marketing communications interactive team is an exciting and fast-paced environment.

The Frameworks & Design Systems team is looking for a seasoned Producer. This person will be responsible for managing projects related to frameworks and design systems libraries used across our client's site. The position requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with creative and technology teams as well as a wide array of business stakeholders.

The Interactive Design Systems Producer will need to be skilled in requirements gathering, authoring creative briefs, facilitating creative reviews, testing and more. The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done attitude. You understand the creative process, development cycles and project management principles, but even better, you know how to adapt them to the situation at hand. You understand that our internal tools and systems are an extension of our client's marketing and creative process and need to be at the same level of quality. You’re a fan of process, but only the right amount. You understand and drive issues to conclusion. And you’re a great communicator--even the people you pester like having you on their project.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end web technologies and mobile apps

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Project management or product management experience at a digital agency, in-house marketing communications, or creative services department is preferred

Key responsibilities

• Understand the need/benefits for modular design and development systems throughout web based properties
• Facilitate design systems initiatives between internal organizations
• Lead kickoffs, manage project timelines and deliverable for design, requirements gathering, lead design explorations and reviews, handoff to development and support the development process, manage deployment, etc
• Drive integrated roadmap(s) for specific cross platform and internal initiatives
• Evangelize standards and change management for new tools and design systems across partners and other organizations

Education

Requires BA/BS

Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
