The Channel Cross-Functional team is responsible for the strategic alignment, cross-functional integration, and execution of our company's marketing communications work in the indirect channel, both company-led and partner-led creative.

The XF Communications Producer, working in partnership with both internal teams (such as Design, Interactive, Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Communications, etc.) and external partners, will manage implementations of company-led Channel communications as well as support specific Partner-led opportunities in the US market across Digital and In-Store environments.

The role will focus on elevating our company's cross-functional communications across the US Channel landscape, ensuring scalable, production-ready outputs that meet quality, timing, and platform requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of proven experience in the marketing and development of communications across digital and physical channel environments.
  • Experience leading complex projects across the end-to-end customer journey, including in-store, online, and beyond.
  • A successful history of structuring, prioritizing, and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
  • Proven ownership mindset — able to take projects from brief through execution with limited oversight.
  • Drive creative development of work with in-house creatives and/or external agencies and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of digital production workflows, modular builds, asset systems, localization environments.
  • A deep knowledge of Channel environments and curiosity about trends and future developments in this area.
  • You easily build rapport, credibility, and influence across multiple teams and partners to get results.
  • Passionate about the creative process, adding insight and value to creative projects as they move through execution.
  • Write concise, strategic creative briefs for the above initiatives, and accountability for delivery and precise execution of the work.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early — and bring forward clear options and recommendations to align on next steps.
  • Comfortable balancing creative excellence with operational rigor, speed, and scalability.
  • You are self-directed, adaptable, and results-oriented and bring high energy and positive attitude to our team.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a wider cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Keynote, Pages, Numbers, iCal) and collaboration platforms such as Box, Quip, Slack, and Microsoft 365.

Description

  • Work with stakeholders across the company to identify critical initiatives and opportunities to improve communications and user experience for key partners. 

  • Provide a strategic and relevant perspective to Channel and Partner Communications.

  • Responsible for production of both company-led campaign work and Partner-led creative projects, ensuring executional excellence across digital and in-store environments.

  • Lead channel creative opportunities for a key market or key partner by working collaboratively with studio creatives, other functional teams, and agency partners.

  • Anticipate operational risks and platform constraints early in the process, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Support localization strategy and activation of WW campaigns into US channel environments, adapting global assets into scalable, modular channel solutions.

Education

  • BA or BS degree preferred
