The Channel XF team within our Worldwide Marketing Communications group is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies that deliver against both Brand strategies and Channel commercial objectives. The team drives both the upfront strategy and alignment and subsequent cross-functional oversight and coordination of our marketing efforts in Channel.
The CXF Producer, Content & Delivery, will act as a key point of expertise, integration and accountability for the Channel CMS platform (Relay) to ensure delivery of marketing efforts supporting our Channel business unit. The CXF Producer will provide project management and planning support for all efforts related to the Relay platform including - content management for launch and localization efforts, support for market and partner rollouts and onboarding, and roadmap ownership for feature enhancements to ensure ongoing optimization of the performance of the site. This role will be essential in ownership and oversight of the platform and will require complex cross-functional management of high-volume projects, across multiple teams and stakeholders, with competing deadlines and priorities.

Description
- Serve as a central point of contact and aggregator of information relating to the Channel CMS platform (Relay)
- Partner closely with all functional teams; Channel XF managers, Interactive, IS&T, Channel Sales, Localization, Content and Production to gather all necessary inputs and assets
- Oversee platform planning roadmap, from partner rollouts to features enhancements
- Maintain relevant status and tracking documentation, and develop workback schedules to ensure timely delivery of efforts
- Build strong relationships effectively with functional, production, brand, and creative teams to move projects forward.
- Manage priorities ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- BA/BS degree
- 7 - 10 years of producer, content management, project management, or related experience
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or production preferred
- Knowledge and/or practical experience with Content Management Systems
- Experience and ability to scope and build schedules
- Effective communication, problem solving skills and detailed oriented
- Comfortable working in high pressure, deadline driven environments
