Design Project Manager

Job Summary

Marcom exists to make the most creatively inspiring brand in the world. To that end, we create a range of marketing and branding deliverables that are deployed globally.

The 3DX Team oversees the creative development of all 3-dimensional experiences. Those could be any 3D object in our retail stores, sculptural elements events, fixtures and way finding for our channel partners, to name a few. 

Design Project Managers sit at the intersection of design and production. We steward projects from kick-off to go-live, driving the team to meet critical milestones to ensure on-time completion. The DPM manages multiple, multi-faceted projects simultaneously, and is responsible for ensuring successful transitions from creative to production, tracking project status and timing, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key reviews, and enabling smooth workflow.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience working on creative deliverables, ideally for retail environments.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all types of personalities.
• Comfort level speaking up in groups. You can assume a leadership position as needed.
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage your workload independently, meet deadlines, and track your own action items.
• You are an inventive and enthusiastic problem-solver, at ease working in a dynamic, fast-paced, complex organization.

Description

• 40 hour/week contractor position
• Prefer on-site 3 days/week in Sunnyvale, CA
• Develop and maintain project timelines
• Drive the team and all stakeholders to meet critical milestones.
• Support multiple projects with varying deadlines and deliverables, provide forward-thinking insight to work flow and resource impacts as timelines shift

Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
