Description:

The Post Production Department (PPD) is a full-service post production organization comprised of the following devisions: creative editorial, grading, audio, and visual effects. The VFX division works across all post production divisions. The PPD teams have a sense of pride in the work being produced, a shared sense of purpose as a group and is known for delivering the highest quality creative. 

The ideal candidate is highly creative, strong technically, and has a proven track record of delivering on large scale productions. 

Description:

  • Collaborate and partner closely with other VFX artists and producers, editorial team, grading team, CG Studio, motion-graphics team  and creatives from R&D through to final master delivery
  • Have deep knowledge and experience both creatively and technically in the following fields:
    • Broadcast
    • Web
    • Theater
    • Event deliverables

  • Roto/paint
  • UI adjustments and replacement
  • Set extension
  • Adding/removing reflections
  • Plate reconstructions
  • Beauty work
  • Removing moire
  • Image stabilization
  • Color correction/grading
  • Grain removal, grain matching
  • Matte generation
  • Camera/object tracking
  • Image stabilization, dust busting, image restoration
  • Time and speed morphs
  • Edit conform
  • Image up-rez
  • Frame rate conversions
  • On-set VFX supervision, leading teams of artists, and project archiving

Experience:
Minimum 10+ years as a flame artist

Expertise: 

  • Autodesk Flame
  • Knowledge in After Effects, Photoshop, Nuke
  • General knowledge: cameras, lenses, codecs, frame rates
  • Physical production and post production process and pipeline.
