Generalist Sourcer
Summary:
The Sourcer will partner with managers and team leads to identify candidates for a wide range of disciplines in the marketing and creative space.
Key Qualifications:
- Utilize numerous networking tools to develop and grow a candidate talent base for creative and marketing projects and interim staffing solutions.
- Quickly source, recruit, interview and match highly skilled creative professionals to clients creative needs using our internal database, job boards, social networking and portfolio sites, etc.
- Connect with people using various digital methods to establish strong business relationships.
- Partner closely with resource management and hiring managers to determine candidates fit for the assignment and viability to support specific client needs.
- Stay familiar with the latest trends and work in the marketing and advertising industry.
- Expertly assess the quality of technical skills in artist reels.
- Track freelance contacts through a shared candidate database. Proactively build on a pre-existing network of freelance contacts. On some roles request benchmarks and work with vendor on administrative tasks.
Description:
- Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in a recruiting related role within a project-based strategic, creative production, or technical agency environment. Knowledge of digital processes and the creative process required.
- Ability to discern talent and portfolio aesthetic in a variety of digital artist reels.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
