Scheduling Assistant 

Job Summary:

As a Scheduling Assistant at Marcom, you will manage complex, high-volume calendar scheduling for four to six leaders, working closely with them to resolve conflicts and ensure they are in the right place at the right time. Clear, proactive communication is critical to success in this role, along with a strong understanding of each leader’s working style to provide effective assistance, often with limited information. You will also coordinate travel arrangements, visa processing, and expense management as needed.

You will be highly adaptable, able to support multiple work styles and schedules, and bring strong attention to detail while balancing competing priorities. The Scheduling Assistant will work closely with the Executive Assistant team at Marcom that values partnership and collaboration. Flexibility and comfort with constant change are essential, as the pace is exceptionally fast and requires strong, foundational administrative skills.

  • Calm and confident during high stress situations.
  • Proficiency with Apple products and applications is helpful.

Our team provides comprehensive executive administrative support to multiple leaders at the executive and senior leadership level. We manage complex, cross-functional calendars that require heavy scheduling and frequent re-prioritization. The role involves handling highly confidential and sensitive information on a daily basis. You naturally excel at working diplomatically with a wide range of complex and creative personalities, and you consistently bring a kind, collaborative, and professional approach to everything you do.

 

Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Preferred years of experience : 7+ Years
  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
