As Research Team Producer, you will manage the work of the Photo Editing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for vetting requests, managing the workload of team members, and delivering work based on project milestones. You will partner closely with creative teams during ideation, supporting the strategic and production goals of brand teams, and leading the Research Team through all phases, ensuring the highest levels of creative excellence.
Key Qualifications
10+ years experience in a traffic, resource and project management role within a strategic, creative or technical agency environment
Self-starter, fast learner with the ability to work independently
Experience suggesting improvements or ideas to processes
Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills and ability to work well with creative teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
Ability to understand projects briefs, digest information and kick off projects
Expert user of spreadsheet tools and experience rolling-out new systems and championing adoption amongst teams a plus.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm
Description
Track and monitor research requests that come in through the portal
Create/maintain folder structure and organization of research
Work with Rights and Clearances Producer to ensure projects maintain Photo Standards
Track time / scope of projects per quarter - including time allocations for each researcher
Respond to new project requests and review initial information and follow up with
requestor to clarify project requirements
Weekly reporting to Director of Research on team capacity and escalate any risks
Partner with Producers to monitor project milestones to ensure project is staying
on schedule; be aware of project constraints that could affect creative workloads (schedule / scope / resources / budget)
Partner with Production Lead to operationalize tools to analyze and track metrics around utilization and capacity planning
