Digital Artist - Rigging
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Rigging TD with AR/Realtime experience. In this role, you will be working closely with all of our teams in delivering a variety of high quality animated and interactive AR and realtime assets. You will create amazing rigs and be a key part in the technical development of artist facing tools and automation.
Key Qualifications
- Strong Maya proficiency is required, knowledge of Houdini and other DCC is a plus.
- Experience with rigging for realtime in Unreal, Unity, or other engines. Production experience with USD and USDz is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Python with experience in creating workflows and tools in Qt.
- Programming experience with Maya API and C++ is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a collaborative environment with a team of artists and developers.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and able to adapt and learn in a fast paced environment.

Description
- Create and maintain robust artist friendly rigs for mechanical and organic assets.
- Utilize internal tools and framework to create rigs in a scripted and modular manner.
- Test rig and realtime deliverables for compatibility and performance.
- Develop tools and automation processes to augment existing pipeline.
- Problem solve and troubleshoot issues while working with developing technology.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree or meaningful experience is required.
