Description:

The Store Planning and Visual Merchandising Producer will partner with expert teams to lead the development of visual merchandising strategies for new store openings, and seasonal campaigns, as well as, the store layout design for new worldwide Channel programs.

The role of Visual Merchandising and Store Planning Producer reports to the Managing Producer of Channel 3DVM Design.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years experience leading the development of visual merchandising and/or store design programs, preferably with a leading retailer or global brand. Understanding of physical environments, product display, customer journey, visual merchandising, and floor plans involved in retail store design.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and easily speak to the strategies behind and the benefits of strong store design and visual merchandising.
  • Experience in leading the creation of documentation utilized by multiple worldwide teams during install and store layout and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration and drive clarity between corporate HQ and GEO teams worldwide, translating complex strategies into actionable plans across functions, with a strong emphasis on proactive follow-up to ensure execution.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver who is a demonstrated leader, collaborator and team builder. Superior written and verbal communication expertise with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to proactively establish rapport and credibility to drive and influence results across visual merchandising and store planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development of visual merchandising and store planning strategies in close partnership with the 3DVM Creative Director, Associate Creative Directors, and Cross-functional Marcom teams.
  • Coordinate the store planning design and layout creation process, including design kit development and exception requests.
  • Coordinate routine design meetings with Apple worldwide Geo teams.
  • Coordinate routine 3DVM Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Store Planning design meetings.
  • Organize project intake and prioritization for the visual merchandising and store planning groups.
  • Manage project team workflow tools and progress trackers.
  • Manage the team's visual merchandising and store planning environment lab setup and inventories.
  • Lead the creation of documentation utilized by multiple worldwide teams during install and store layout and visual merchandising.

Education: BA/BS or equivalent degree preferred.

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Preferred years of experience : 5+ Years
  • Travel Required : 25% or less
  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
