Job Summary
As a WW Media planner you will partner with various cross functional teams and our media agency to review and approve local market media plans. This will include all media channels with an emphasis on digital and social from inception through to the campaign reporting.
Description
As a member of our media strategy team, you support a senior strategist on multiple lines of businesses across multiple markets. The planning and execution of media plans will focus on both brand building and those that drive performance. You will partner with our internal media analytics team and our agency partner to optimize the media spend to achieve constant improvements in campaign goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
• +8 years of experience in media advertising with some experience at an agency
• Current knowledge and experience in channel planning across all channels especially digital and social
• Proven experience in giving and receiving cross channel optimizations that drive performance
• Understanding of media metrics and measurement opportunities
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with various teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure cohesive and innovative media strategies
• Ability to be move between broad strategic alignment to deep specific approaches depending on the audience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to react quickly to new information
• Forward thinking, well organized with an obsession for detail• Proven experience in implementing A/B testing strategies for improving conversion or engagement rates
• Passionate about new ad tech, ad partners and communication approaches
• Strong communication skills
