Job Summary
The role will work closely with all members of the production team, (editor/ asst. editor/colorist/mixer/ VFX team/etc.) liaise with production companies, external post houses, music/sound design houses. Prepare schedules, evaluate budgets/bids, establish workflow, track rough cuts, insure highest quality control through the process, archive and wrap project.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics in support of more senior producers on large- scale productions during development of videos from inception through final delivery. You will also lead small-scale productions, with oversight from senior production staff.

Key Qualifications
- You have 5+ years years of real-world production or post-production experience at an agency, commercial production company, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department
- You have relationships with the production community that bring an in-depth knowledge of resources, crew, and production vendors.
- You are a strong team player who leads projects and motivates team members with indirect reporting relationships.
- You have prior commercial production experience, excellent communication skills, demonstrated project and budget management skills, and a proven track record of influencing the creative output.
- You are able to work upstream to anticipate and plan for changes.
- You understand the voice and aesthetic and can shape creative work that meets the organization’s expectations.
- You are comfortable traveling both domestically and internationally, sometimes with minimal notice.
- You are able to work upstream, and you can anticipate, plan for, and be flexible about implementing changes.
- You are resourceful in identifying new talent and techniques within the production community and can enthusiastically communicate that to teams.
- You are well versed in hands-on production techniques like DSLR shooting and editorial software like Final Cut as well as more sophisticated production approaches.
- You are a highly organized, responsible, and diligent person who can inspire confidence in senior staff.
Description
- Work with our team to assist Senior Producers by organizing and maintaining production logistics like scheduling, trafficking work, attending sessions, and completing documentation related to budgeting,
talent payment, and usage. - Attend production meetings and sessions, and track decisions for implementation.
- We communicate plans without overwhelming teams with too much information.
- Lead smaller-scale productions with oversight from Senior Producers.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
