Scheduling Assistant
Job Summary:
The Scheduling Assistant will provide essential calendar, travel & expense management for five or six Leaders, with a primary focus on managing schedules in a fast-paced environment. This role involves scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring every meeting is properly equipped with a conference room and Webex link. As the leaders we support often have back-to-back meetings, it’s vital that no detail is overlooked. Your ability to manage these details efficiently and accurately will be key to ensuring smooth operations and supporting the success of the team and the Leaders. This role will work closely with Senior EAs for guidance and insight. For high-level meeting requests the Senior EA will take the lead.
