Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The Interactive team is recruiting a junior Producer who will support digital marketing projects across Canada and Latin America. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate digital marketing initiatives across web and email marketing channels. You will be directly shaping the way customers interact with Apple online. A genuine excitement for crafting digital experiences is essential. Description
- Coordinate the production and seamless delivery of digital marketing projects for Apple.com and email marketing.
- Drive the production timeline, working with a network of agencies for localization, web development, digital design, post-production and quality assurance.
- Project oversight and accountability, briefing the production agency and providing ongoing localization direction.
- Track progress, coordinate checkpoints, communicate status, and manage project documentation in a meticulous and timely way.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and business partners. Be flexible and open, collaborating with technical and non-technical groups, adopting a hands-on approach to internal reviews and approvals.
- Prioritize tasks and handle ongoing changes in real time, working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, and approaching challenges with flexibility to accommodate change.
- Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional plans, working with lead producer to mitigate risks and handle partner expectations.
- Adopt a strategic mindset to help identify ways to enhance the digital experience. Explore opportunities and propose changes based on local business priorities, market insights, and emerging digital trends.
- This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work and on-site presence in Coral Gables, FL (typically 3 days on-site and 2 days remote on a weekly basis.)
Key Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, agency environments, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with coordinating or supporting website, email or digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing project timelines and deliverables
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
