Job Summary

Marcom oversees all advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.

As a Motion Designer, you will work on a variety of motion projects across Retail, Channel and Events. You choreograph the balance of graphic design, motion, music and editorial elements to pay off creative briefs and communicate the client’s message.This requires broad experience in both developing creative solutions as well as executing them in production.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Skilled animator, designer and illustrator with contemporary portfolio exhibiting outstanding grasp of design principles, animation principles, motion theory, typography and visual communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creatives across multiple disciplines to design motion solutions that pay off a creative brief.
  • Ability to think conceptually, elicit specific emotional responses with motion design solutions.
  • Has experience with a broad range of visual style from highly detailed product ads to brand identity campaigns. Can conceive and articulate novel motion ideas while crafting animations for presentation.
  • Understanding how design principles influence 3D and 2D production as they relate to motion content creation.
  • Ability to convey ideas in motion through After Effects, Cinema4D, and/or Maya.
  • Proactive and independent designer, able to adapt to ever changing situations with creative and innovation.

Description

  • Responsible for helping define the Motion Identity of new product launches.
  • Support and follow creative direction of the appropriate Art Director, Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director.
  • Execute all work at the highest quality. against schedules defined by the senior creatives and producers.
  • Ability to iterate on creative briefs and quickly pivot based on creative direction and feedback.
  • Comfortable with the pitch process which can often times be ambiguous and ever-evolving.
  • Adapt to a broad range of visual styles having a strong point of view in creative conversations.
  • Deadline-driven and possess excellent problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Education

BA/BS degree preferred and between 7-10 years work experience in the creative and design field or the equivalent.

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Preferred years of experience : 10+ Years
  • Travel Required : 25% or less
  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
