Operations Administrator
Job Summary:
As an Operations Administrator, you will partner and support multiple Marcom teams to successfully onboard new resources within the organization. This role reports to Marcom Business Operations and collaborates with Resource Management, Hiring Managers, Vendor Leads, and internal Infrastructure teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Job Description:
- Monitors and tracks the progress following the initial onboarding ticket submission, ensuring each step is completed on time.
- Follows up on ticket status as needed, and escalates issues when necessary to the appropriate team.
- Addresses internal and external questions related to ticket progress and assist with resolving issues that arise during the onboarding process.
- Regularly compiles data from tickets to provide insights into the status, efficiency, and areas of improvement in the onboarding process.
- Accurately inputs and updates resource profiles in our internal system, ensuring role-related information is accurate and current.
- Partner with teams to audit and gather accurate information, then updates the system to ensure data integrity.

- Strong attention to detail and proven experience in ensuring data accuracy, validation, and integrity across a large dataset.
- An upbeat spirit of passion, energy, and enthusiasm; proactive problem solving in order to complete complex assignments.
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment.
- Able to oversee an exceptional candidate on-boarding experience.
- Capable of managing high stress situations while remaining calm and confident.
Key Experience:
- At least 3-5 years relevant or transferable experience in a resource or project management role within a creative or marketing organization. As part of this role, you’ve utilized a project management system, applicant tracking system or database.
- You are customer-service oriented and conscientious that the people and teams we work with are well supported.
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred.
