Role Specific Summary

The Channel Cross Functional Merchandising Readiness team oversee the implementation and execution of product merchandising strategies across all Channel points of sale globally. The team is looking for an experienced project coordinator to provide support for cross-functional activities.

Description

The Channel XF Merchandising Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in efforts that ensure projects stay on schedule, acting as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

Collaborate extensively across many teams to manage resources, track project progress and communicate status updates
Plan and coordinate support between WW teams and Vendors by organizing schedules, project trackers and launch disclosures
Administration support in managing calendars and planning documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in retail/marketing industry
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, organized and exceptional attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task, with proven effectiveness working under pressure

• Passion for great work, with the ability to influence cross functional teams to drive the work forward
• Thrive as part of a cross-functional team, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Confidently build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams in a highly matrix’d organization
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
