As a Senior Producer, you will lead our overall digital presence across all products. Our digital presence is a showcase of our constant innovation and play a critical part in our product marketing strategy. You will be responsible to guide and deliver digital communications and assets efforts across our US based Channel partners
The position requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with cross-functional teams - creative, technology, strategy and partner teams as well as a wide array of business stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
- You have at least ten years of experience in digital project management, with five years of experience independently leading complex projects. Interactive agency experience is helpful.
- You have experience in marketing and development of digital communications across all channels and platforms, and you are proficient in the latest Internet advancements and technology.
- You can deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
- You have a successful track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple platforms.
- You have familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies
- You have familiarity with the basics of print production and delivery
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.
- You are highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects for key high-profile launches and campaigns
- Communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction succinctly to all team members and to all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with multiple partners, builds positive relationships, and lead a multidisciplinary team toward desired results.
- Structure and scope complex digital and interactive projects with multiple work streams, including integration of print deliverables.
- Lead development of marketing content for multiple platforms and partners.
- Collaborate with producers and agency teams on an ongoing basis to support the success and final delivery of projects.
- Prioritize projects and ongoing changes in real time, and refine the process based on project requirements.
- Identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and manage expectations.
- Manage projects with a variety of project management tools and best practices.
- Build strong relationships effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
- Organize information quickly and summarize it succinctly within a specified deadline to move the project forward.
