Job Summary
Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We lead all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the precise development and execution of world-class communications. We believe that design matters. Design has always been at the heart of Apple and the work that we do and the Design Team is at the creative core of Marcom. The Retail Design Producer will play a big part in upholding these values and driving innovation and creativity though our design work. We believe in a strong eye and passion for design with a strong attention to detail, being resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy and positivity.
Key Qualifications
- You have 7-10 years of creative management experience: previous ad agency, design agency and/or in-house marketing.
- You are well-versed in leading the creative development and production processes; confident in your ability to adjust the process as challenges arise.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and shown ability to actively establish trust, credibility and influence, and get results through projects.
- You have strong project management skills and are able to maintain workflows, internal reviews and schedules across multiple partners and departments.
- You lead through diplomacy and have a strong appreciation for the creative process.
- You are experienced articulating creative intent to others and proactively organizing partners to put ideas into action.
- You are a self-starter who is resourceful and have the ability to many multiple projects at a time with a positive attitude.
- Previous print experience or appreciation of the craft will enhance your experience in this role.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class work for product launches and seasonal creative campaigns that live in Apple Retail. You will partner with Design Producers and production teams to optimize workflows and project management. More specifically, you will:
- Provide ongoing management of the creative development process across creative campaigns, window installations, in-store signage and specialty design projects ensuring flawless execution of the design identity.
- Work closely with our team of producers, designers and writers to develop the work and organize presentations.
- Handle day-to-day troubleshooting of production challenges.
- This position works closely with a wide variety of teams within the Marcom group, including other functional groups, brand teams, Project Management, Print Production and Content.
- A successful producer must be able to simultaneously manage several projects with various timelines and multiple collaborators.
- The ideal candidate has an eye and passion for design with a strong attention to detail. This person must be resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred.
