Summary
Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications organization. The Marcom 3D Design team manages the development of physical deliverables in support of Marcom’s initiatives. Our responsibilities include designing, prototyping and deploying complex experiences, fixtures, furniture, and solutions for Apple’s worldwide retail and channel partners.
The Channel is a critical indirect route to market for Apple and is inclusive of all carrier, consumer electronics and mass merchant retailers worldwide. These are important environments for customers to learn about, experience and purchase Apple’s products and services.
The Channel 3D Producer will partner with expert teams to lead the development of store programs, new product introductions and seasonal campaigns for Channel programs.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience leading the design, development and/or production process for retail deliverables, preferably with a leading retailer or global brand.
- Experience leading integrated cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, operations, finance, etc.) for the development of product display, retail fixtures or customer journeys.
- Ability to understand, interpret and easily speak to the process and strategies supporting the creative design and production development process.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who is a demonstrated leader, collaborator and team builder. Superior written and verbal communication expertise with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed individual who can operate confidently and efficiently within ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to proactively establish rapport and credibility to drive and influence results across a highly-matrixed organization.
- In-house creative studio or agency experience.
Description:
- Facilitate the design and development of Channel programs in close partnership with the 3DVM Creative Director, Production Managers, as well as, other Marcom, Marketing, Sales, Planning and Operations teams.
- See projects through from brief to production, and make sure every team understands the role they play and the expected timelines, budgets and deliverables. This includes coordination of critical handoff timing with numerous teams while keeping the deliverables and milestones clear for the working team.
- Able to maintain all workflow, internal/external reviews and schedules across multiple stakeholders and departments. Ability to communicate and work well with all personalities types and levels of people.
- Drive creative solutions to on-going business needs that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent degree preferred.
