  • Work directly with internal users, including onboarding, support and change management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translate their needs into clear technical specifications, manage expectations, and give executive-level updates on program status, risks, milestones and decision points
  • Champion user experience, ensuring internal tools are functional, intuitive, and easy to use
  • Obsess over process improvement both within tools and in development methodologies, including how AI tools are used to speed up development, testing and documentation
  • Act as the hands-on product expert who can document, test, and troubleshoot every aspect of the tools you own
  • Meet high standards for quality, data integrity, and security

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager or similar role, focused on large, complex internal software projects from inception through launch and beyond
  • Technical familiarity with Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, and Python. Experience with Node.js, Vue.js, MongoDB or SQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of LLMs, MCPs, and agent-based workflows, and working knowledge of AI-assisted development and productivity tools, with sound judgment on where they fit in a development workflow
  • Proven expertise in building and executing detailed roadmaps and project plans using Agile methods
  • Experience leading programs through matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority
  • Ability to take part in technical discussions, review design specifications, and follow code well enough to join code reviews and debug issues
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating roadblocks
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in system reliability, performance, security and user experience
  • Track record of ensuring projects are well-documented, accessible, and maintainable for current and future team members
