3D Asset Producer

 

Job Summary:
The 3D Asset Producer helps facilitate the development, production, QC, and distribution of photo-real 3D product and accessory models for use across all visual marketing. 

 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Have at least ten years experience collaborating closely with digital artists in a demanding creative environment under tight deadlines.
  • Track and coordinate multiple concurrent productions and the teams of artists responsible for each discipline, 3D modeling, rigging and look development.
  • Possess extensive proficiency in spreadsheet tools, file database software knowledge, and shot tracking software. Photoshop and Nuke knowledge are a plus.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, able to react effectively to rapid changes in assets, dates and priorities and clearly communicate changes to the team.
  • Have extraordinary organizational skills, attention to detail and an aptitude for clear and concise documentation. 
     

Description: 

  • Helps Staff Producer to ensure the team stays on track with deadlines and deliverables.
  • Coordinates and schedules kick offs and checkins between key stakeholders for Industrial Design reviews, taking notes and distributing them to the corresponding teams for revisions.
  • Owns and regularly updates team spreadsheets for artist status, asset production status, distribution list, shoot logs, kickback/notes logs.
  • Anticipates and communicates concerns in a timely manner to resolve production challenges.
  • Monitors publish communication to help ensure deadlines are not missed.
  • Coordinates reference shoots and distributes final reference images to team members.
  • QC’s packages and contact sheets prior to asset distribution and distributes assets to downstream teams.

Education: 

  • Ideally you have a college degree and at least 10+ years work experience in the creative and design field or the equivalent. 


Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
