Job Summary

 

Marcom Global Marketing Communications group, leading all advertising and marketing efforts to ensure the considered development and execution or world-class communications.

 

Design Project Managers in Packaging sit at the intersection of design and production. We steward projects from kick-off to go-live, driving the team to meet critical milestones to ensure on-time completion. The PM manages multiple, multi-faceted packaging projects simultaneously, and is responsible for ensuring successful transitions from creative to production, tracking project status and timing, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating between teams, getting all final approvals, and generally enabling smooth workflow.

Description

  • 40 hour/week contractor position

• On-site 3 days/week in Cupertino, CA

• Develop and maintain packaging timelines.

• Drive the team and all stakeholders to meet critical milestones.

• Support multiple projects with varying deadlines and deliverables, provide forward-thinking insight to work flow and resource impacts as timelines shift

• Lead weekly project status meetings; create agendas & recaps, including next steps and action items

  • Track planned vs. actual key milestones, project scope & staffing.
  • Consistently reevaluate workflow and processes for efficiencies.

 

Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
