The Data Science team integrates intelligence across our department functions to enable the creation of extraordinary customer experiences. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with extensive analytics expertise and technical leadership skills to drive our analytics roadmaps and high-visibility deliverables.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Business and Leadership Skills

•Proven leader with 10+ years of experience in program management, driving data reporting solutions, analytics strategy, and execution across digital marketing ecosystems.

•Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts to deliver high-impact analytics insights and product launch analysis.

•Deep knowledge of digital analytics methodologies and industry standards, with a strong track record in project and program management best practices.

•Excellent communicator and storyteller, adept at transforming complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences.

•Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, who can balance strategic vision with project execution, prioritizing initiatives to achieve our department's analytics goals.

•Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end programs from planning through to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.

•Experienced in agile and scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of aligning diverse stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

•Proactive collaborator who works across teams to maintain clear communication, driving projects to timely, high-quality completion.

 

Technical Skills and Education

•MBA + Data Analytics experience

•Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other web measurement platforms (Adobe preferred).

•Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau to develop impactful dashboards and reports.

•Strong experience with SQL and Snowflake (preferred) to query and manipulate large datasets for comprehensive analysis.

•Strong experience with JIRA and Scrum methodologies.

 

DESCRIPTION

As a Technical Program Manager within our company's Data Science team, you will collaborate with cross-functional business and technical partners to lead analytics initiatives that inform marketing strategies and customer experiences. Your role will involve defining and driving analytics roadmaps, overseeing the development of 360-degree analyses, and synthesizing insights from multiple datasets to generate actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will:

•Lead strategic analytics programs to evaluate the launch and performance of products and services, assessing customer engagement across multiple touchpoints.

•Partner with business stakeholders to develop detailed analytics plans and orchestrate efforts across analytics, data science, and marketing teams to execute against key milestones.

•Translate complex data findings into concise insights for business leaders, driving data-backed decisions that enhance customer experiences.

•Establish best practices in program management, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring efficient, effective execution of project tasks.

•Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our department's analytics capabilities, ensuring our company's marketing communications are informed by robust, data-driven insights.
