Description:

Our Creative Technology Group (CTG) is a frontier research and development studio and our mission is to explore emerging technologies and prototype forward-thinking experiences that advance our company's global marketing communications. This innovative, multi-disciplinary team works together to drive innovation in rapidly evolving fields such as spatial experiences, real-time 3D, and Artificial Intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking ideas to life.

Description:

As a Producer via contract, you will work alongside our multidisciplinary frontier team at the intersection of generative AI and creative production to translate emerging technology into production-ready capabilities supporting 3D rendering, CG workflows, marketing asset production, and more. You will represent the voice of creative practitioners within the research organization — the person who understands both what the technology can do and what a world-class creative production environment actually requires. Your core responsibility is the translation loop: workflow and user signals go in, model and tool requirements come out, and when novel research capabilities emerge, you recognize their creative production implications and translate them back into workflow opportunity before anyone else does.

You will contribute to the research PM work — knowing what models and tools need to do, articulating precisely where they fall short, and moving fluidly in both directions between research and practice. The ideal candidate has a proven product management track record in AI/ML, creative or marketing technology products, strong technical depth, and the ability to think creatively about new and emerging product categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout cross-functional workflow and user discovery into concrete model requirements — defining what the technology must do, at what quality threshold, to address the highest-leverage problems in the creative production pipeline.
  • Surface emerging model capabilities with creative production implications and translate them into workflow opportunities — moving in both directions between research and practice, not just from user to model.
  • Establish a v1 evaluation framework that goes beyond standard benchmarks: domain-specific quality criteria grounded in how production actually works, with particular attention to brand fidelity, output controllability, and production-grade consistency across asset variants.
  • Provide model quality feedback within the access constraints of the engagement — identifying where outputs fall short of production standards and articulating why with enough technical specificity to be actionable for researchers.
  • Run practitioner discovery (journey mapping, workflow interviews, lightweight studies) to surface highest-leverage problems and translate them into model requirements.
  • Prioritize solution directions across multiple technical tracks, scoring each against feasibility, production impact, quality risk, and time-to-value, with explicit rationale.
  • Synthesize the translation loop between workflow signal and upstream research direction — distilling findings into model requirements documents that close the gap between what practitioners need and what the research team is building.
  • Maintain a grounded assessment of where third-party model capabilities stand relative to what the production context requires, and where a proprietary approach is warranted.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Deep empathy and demonstrated experience working directly with creative practitioners — digital artists, designers, CG artists, technical directors, or equivalent.
  • Experience with diffusion model architectures or image generation evaluation at a workflow level.
  • Familiarity with generative AI creative tooling ecosystems and how practitioners integrate them into professional workflows.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage meaningfully with engineers on system architecture, API design, and security trade-offs.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI coding tools for rapid prototyping and idea validation.
  • Demonstrated experience translating user and workflow needs into model requirements, including writing evaluation criteria that go beyond standard benchmarks.
  • Technical depth sufficient to provide substantive model quality feedback — you understand what generative AI models can and cannot do, where failure modes live, and how to articulate a quality gap that leads to action.
  • Experience designing user research programs for early-stage AI tools: you have built the hypothesis, chosen the method, set the success threshold, run the study, and synthesized the findings yourself.
  • Familiarity with generative AI at a practitioner level — you understand fine-tuning approaches, evaluation pipeline construction, and the difference between attitudinal and behavioral evidence.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with creative production pipelines — 3D rendering, CG studio workflows, photography, or asset production in a marketing or enterprise context.
  • Experience with agentic AI systems, agent frameworks, orchestration engines, or multi-agent architectures.
  • Background in enterprise creative tooling or marketing technology.
  • Experience building products where governance, compliance, audit trails, and access control were core to the product rather than afterthoughts.

Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
