Description:

The Channel XF Merchandising Readiness team oversee the implementation and execution of product merchandising strategies across all Channel points of sale globally. Taking inputs from multiple teams across the department and Sales, the CXF Merchandising Readiness Manager drives the output of all merchandising guidelines and store level plans, ensuring the flawless execution of our product and visual merchandising ambitions in Channel.

The Channel XF Merchandising Manager is responsible for all merchandising documentation activities that support new product introductions in Channel. The Channel XF team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the Readiness team in the execution of merchandising strategies for our products and accessories.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Grasp new product merchandising strategies and ensure consistency across fixtures and deliverables.

  • Collaborate and communicate extensively across many teams to gain alignment on merchandising details and assemble information for documentation.

  • Ensure communications are streamlined, easy to understand and execute.

  • Confirm all deliverables are correct to merchandising standards and strategies.

  • Anticipate global merchandising questions and needs.

Key Qualifications 

  • 7-10 years experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on merchandising operations.

  • Experience with writing comprehensive merchandising direction, preferably with global scope in mind.

  • Successful at managing complex projects, with proven effectiveness working under pressure.

  • Ability to easily speak to large groups and explain merchandising strategies in a clear and confident manner.

  • Flexible and organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team, building rapport and credibility in a fast paced, highly matrixed organization.
     

Education: 
BA/BS or equivalent degree preferred.

Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
