Job Summary

The Brand team is a Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee all of the Retail Store and Online Store marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.  

Our team is looking for an expert marketing communications professional to provide strategic, communications and executional leadership managing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, conversion, engagement and customer experiences across digital and physical channels. The Brand Manager will ensure creative objectives are well defined and appropriately executed. This requires a strong ability to develop strategy and marketing plans, facilitate creative execution, lead presentations and to navigate the approval process across multiple partners within a highly matrixed organization. 

In this role, you will join an established team of Producers and Creative Directors who work across the Marketing communication functional teams (Retail, Design, Interactive, 3D, Motion, PR, and Advertising) to help lead, develop, and execute integrated marketing communications efforts.  These initiatives span from Seasonal campaigns, Customer Lifestyle Management,  Commercial marketing programs and promotions. 


Key Qualifications 
•You have 10+ years of experience working in marketing communications focusing on consumer products in a creative or design agency. 
•You can partner closely with Retail Marketing, Product Marketing, executives, and internal partners to act as a key point of contact and integration for strategic product positioning and integration of marketing plans.  
•You are able to provide leadership to a team of creative directors, producers, and strategists to plan, manage, and execute marketing communications efforts. 
•You use good judgment to prioritize and make effective decisions for product categories based on the corporate, product, and marketing goals of the product group.  
•You can establish trust, credibility, and influence across multiple partners in a highly matrixed organization.  
•You have experience supporting, understanding, and improving the creative process while balancing the needs of a creatively driven organization with an analytical and disclosed approach to marketing.  
•You are resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to contribute in a team environment.  
•You are self-motivated, flexible, and have strong communication and leadership skills.

Description  
•We lead and drive the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing communications, and we provide leadership for all deliverables for product communications. 
•We work collaboratively with a team of Creative Directors, Producers, Writers, Designers, and Planners, and we work across the Marketing communication functional groups, including Print, Interactive, Retail, Channel, 3D, Film, and GEO teams.  
•We act as leaders within the product group to provide creative solutions across many categories, including product launch support, social campaigns, affordability and roadmap planning. 
•We work with key partners to ensure alignment on key initiatives.  
•We collaborate with Content Managers, and we partner with Project Managers, Advertising Managers, and GEO Producers to create amazing marketing communications.

Education 
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. 

Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :

  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM

USD 111.27 - USD 131.48 Per Hour
