Animation Supervisor: CG Studio
Job Summary:
This role sits in the CG Studio and is part of a Global Marketing Communications group, encompassing a team of artists and producers. We provide support for our internal and cross functional partners, including Motion Production: Retail, Channel and Events, Video Production, Keynote, Interactive, and a variety of internal projects.

The Animation Supervisor should have artistic sensibilities, visualizing forward-thinking ideas that push the creative boundaries of our projects. Ability to communicate effectively is essential - with the need to work closely with producers and creatives within cross-functional teams, while adhering to project specifications and timelines. This role requires the creation of high-caliber animations for a variety of content types, as well as a solid understanding of animation principles, pre-visualization, composition and graphic design.
Qualifications:
You ideally have at least 10+ years of experience at a design or animation studio, in-house advertising agency, or in-house commercial production company.
You are able to effectively supervise a group of artists with 2D/3D animation.
You are a motivated and driven animation supervisor that collaborates well with a team to find solutions to complex problems.
You are a proficient communicator with presentation skills, engage in healthy debate, and accept directional feedback across levels.
You have in depth knowledge of the production process, providing timely and helpful feedback to ensure work is completed on schedule.
You are familiar with localization of content worldwide.
You are proficient in animation and design software, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D. (X-Particles, Maya, and Houdini a plus.)
Description:
You work to build and own effective strategies that address the creative needs for a variety of work including different styles and needs across Marcom, and have the ability to visualize the creative team’s vision in the early concepting stage and continual ideation with the team throughout the edit. You act as a champion of brand standards in all aspects of creative work.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is recommended

Travel Required : No travel required - Hybrid / Onsite 3 days p/wk Tues-Thurs
Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
