Job Summary:
Our fast-paced environment calls for team members that are engaged, dedicated and talented problem-solvers. The Producer for Animation utilizes strong interpersonal and organizational skills as the team’s point of contract. Responsibilities include managing timelines, owning scheduling and production deliverables for Events, Retail, Channel and Video Animation. You will work with a variety of disciplines for e.g.: Animation Supes, Animators, Creative Directors, Lead Producers and Project Managers. You are versed with a 2D motion graphics animation workflow as it relates to digital deliverables, including UI screen animation and localization, able to flex with a constantly evolving process and changing nature of creative needs. You should also be able to work cross-functionally and be tenacious about getting to deadline with maximum efficiency while maintaining creative integrity.
Key Qualifications:
- Define, run and be responsible for scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule)
- Strong experience with animation processes, tools (Shotgrid) and software (AE / C4D)
- Thrive in situations involving undefined goals and processes
- Analytical skills are essential to evaluate and offer alternate solutions and be successful with the evolving nature of projects and digital mediums
- Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project
- Manage interdisciplinary teams of animators, animation supervisors, project managers and post-production artists
- Able to scope and analyze design and technical requirements
- Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes and tooling to enable the team to deliver high quality products
- Firm understanding of animation methodologies and a high level of proficiency working with creative, and technical teams.
- You’ll be part of a team that participates in planning efforts and coordinating project schedules on a quarterly basis.
