The Associate Design Producer operates within Marcom’s Design team, and plays a critical role in driving the Channel Design team project priorities, office hours and working sessions critical to the development of creative solutions for more than 300,000 Channel stores and thousands of partners globally. 

The Associate Design Producer looks across the full suite of Channel Design projects, supporting the Creative Director and Managing Producers in prioritizing focus across varying launches and initiatives, identifying resource bottlenecks, scheduling working sessions, office hours and ensuring smooth workflow across our team.

 

The Associate Design Producer’s day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Coordinating the development of a launch moment from kick-off through hindsight. 
  • Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for Channel Design Producers, managing and ensuring all deliverables within the launch moment are on track.
  • Organizing, prioritizing and driving the agendas for ACD working sessions and CD office hours.
  • Producing cross-product tactical deliverables, including the What’s New easel, multi-product partner assets and other cross-product partner assets as needed.
  • Collecting final assets post-launch and organizing a comprehensive, visual audit of all assets (by product/initiative) made for Channel. 
  • Partnering with the Channel Design team leadership on the set-up, facilitation and chairing of weekly launch status meetings, and tracking action items coming out of those.
  • Flagging conflicts across the team and recommending solutions based on project priorities.
  • Supporting the Creative Director with meeting prioritization and focus for the day/week, which includes identifying and helping to resolve calendar conflicts. 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, account service, creative production, creative operations or project management is ideal

  • Extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills.
  • Well-versed in the creative development process with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to get results.
  • Cut through ambiguity to find the right path forward despite haziness or uncertainty. 
  • Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution.
  • See around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead.

 

Education
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
