Description

The Creator and Influencer Program Lead will work alongside the existing Creator team at Apple TV+, with responsibility for day-to-day management of influencer programs in addition to driving tailored strategies that deliver strong creative and clear ROI from concept through execution across title and brand projects.

You will build and conceptualize creator-led formats across titles and programming to increase audience engagement with the Apple TV+ social channels, ensuring brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative. You will manage influencer strategy and output across multiple campaigns, working with internal and external partners to ensure creative excellence and business impact.

You will be use a blend of internal and external social analytics, and deep immersion in internet culture, to take key business goals and build impactful, engaging creative campaigns to help achieve them. You will use data to inform strategy and innovation, developing and reporting against key KPIs and success metrics in order to drive the business goals.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 7+ years working in broad, multi-platform marketing roles and delivering world-class strategies and campaigns with big impact, with a minimum of at least 3 years direct experience in the creator and influencer space
  • Experience working within the Entertainment industry and/or highly consumer-centric brands with success in the social and content creator space 
  • Deep expertise in creator management and briefing - including strategy, identification, briefing, content creation, feedback and relationship management
  • Experience leveraging social analytics and data to set and report against creator-specific KPIs

  • Experience working directly with talent 
  • Skilled in pitching, presenting and reading the room
  • Excellent communicator, strategist and creative - can set context, influence ideas and rally teams 
  • Highly driven self-starter who is proactive, has a good sense of prioritization and ability to move large amounts of work with precision 
  • Has a deep and broad network of expertise and partners to bring to our efforts 
  • Pioneering Spirit and highly collaborative - loves working with others and isn’t afraid to lead or follow or to take smart risks and judgement calls to push high impact work forward 
  • Cross-functionally excellent. Able to build strong relationships and work across a highly matrixed organization.

  • Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.

  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
