Production Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Production Coordinator supports CG Producers and Managers in implementing production processes, tracking resources and optimizing operational efficiencies. They will liaise between the department’s four teams, facilitating the connection between the distinct efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- Have three plus years experience as a Post Production Coordinator working in CG, VFX, Motion Graphics or equivalent.
- Have five plus years of relevant experience supporting multiple managers and cross-functional partners.
- Be dependable, have superb attention to detail and quality, and the ability to learn and cope with rapid change.
- Operate independently and be self-guided when it comes to day-to-day running of your tasks.
- Have the ability to communicate, both written and verbally with all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with asset management workflows in post production environments is a plus.
Description:
- Partner with the other Producers to create, implement and manage resource objectives and processes by tracking artists’ tasks across four teams
- Communicate daily with Managers and Producers to facilitate resource allocation by balancing surpluses in one group against needs in another.
- Manage and maintain studio calendars including Managers’ schedules.
- Assist in setting up production meetings, reviews, transcription, and follow-up on agenda items.
- Responsible for ingestion of assets, setup of shots, and tracking disclosures for artists.
Education Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
