Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join Marcom's Governance and Technology Operations team as a contractor. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple strategic projects across six critical functional areas, ensuring seamless coordination, execution, and delivery of initiatives that support Marcom's operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Coordination
- Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects across six teams: Marcom Security, Vendor Governance, Tools Governance, Special Ops, Platforms & Success Management, and AI Governance
- Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans using Wrike project management platform
- Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment between teams
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team leads from each functional area
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to drive project success
- Lead regular leadership meetings to provide executive-level status updates on all projects
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise project status reports and executive dashboards
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-related communications
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
- Proactively identify, assess, and flag potential project risks and roadblocks
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in partnership with team leads
- Escalate critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions and recommendations
- Monitor project health metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Process Optimization & Best Practices
- Establish and maintain standardized project management processes and frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance requirements
- Document and share best practices across the organization
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 9+ years of program/project management experience in technology or marketing operations environments
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations
- Demonstrated success in governance, security, or technology operations domains
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Wrike or similar enterprise project management platforms
- Advanced skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource management tools
- Strong analytical abilities with experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, Quip, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
