We are a Global Marketing Communications group that leads advertising and marketing efforts to ensure the detailed development and execution of outstanding communications at our company. In this role, you will collaborate with internal producer, creative and development teams, as well as with content production partner leads to manage operations with a focus to align teams to strategic priorities and business goals. This is a pivotal role contributing to project scope management, budget tracking, and project staffing to ensure project delivery across multiple project teams and portfolios.
Description:
- Keen understanding of digital project types to inform staffing approaches for creative skillsets (e.g. capacity planning or utilization)
- Partner with leads and stakeholders on budget strategy, execution, and maintenance to ensure budgets stay on track, and to account for any breakout spending or risks.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to effectively influence peers and management
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams across many levels of management
- Prioritizes and summarizes information quickly and succinctly, including multiple streams of feedback.
- Able to track progress, responsible for schedule development, maintenance, and communication of status.
- Manages communications and documentation in a meticulous and timely way.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to prepare for planning, forecasting, and tracking resource and supplier spending.
- Provide vendor insight, guidance, data, and analysis to senior stakeholders during fiscal and quarterly planning.
- Collaborate with leads and stakeholders on project budgets, execution, and maintenance.
- Ensure that all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for analysis and reporting within our data management tool. Provide documentation and support to Managing Producers and senior stakeholders, as needed.
Key Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience managing resource operations and/or creative budgets for digital projects within a creative or marketing organization. As part of this role you’ve utilized a project management system or database and have evangelized use of it with others.
- You have impeccable communication and interpersonal skills and appreciation for the aesthetic in presentations and reporting work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.
- Ability to work effectively independently but also exemplify a keen ability to collaborate and set expectations with leads across creative, development, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of a variety of Internet technologies and digital project phases and types.
- Experience in the financial analysis and/or interpretation for marketing communication groups.
- Advanced in Excel and confident representing reporting on a day to day basis.
- Self-starter that is results-driven while working a fast-paced environment.
