Digital Art Director, Apple TV+ Marketing
Summary:
The Apple TV+ Brand and Design Marketing team is seeking an Art Director to work in the digital media space. The AD will work closely with the digital Senior Creative Director to create marketing pieces not only for specific TV+ titles, but for broader Apple TV+ digital initiatives and brand campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of the digital design creative process, and a proven track record of ideating and executing design strategies and brand campaigns across multiple digital platforms. While entertainment experience is a plus, a strong background in interactive and digital work for major brands is crucial. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong sense of craft.
Key Qualifications:
- A keen sense of how to successfully translate campaign art from other mediums (print, AV) to the digital space
- 7-10 years hands-on design work in interactive or digital-first campaigns
- Proven record developing digital designs and experiences which are highly resolved from a formal perspective, and which meet the strategic and creative objectives of the assignment
- Ability to solve problems conceptually in collaboration with broader teams, including other designers, writers, and strategists
- Experience directing junior designers or working closely with partner agencies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Expert in design and prototyping software including, but not limited to, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Principle.
Description:
- Concept and mock original ideas for bespoke Apple TV+ digital placements
- Translate OOH title campaigns into digital static and motion paid media
- Hands-on design through duration of projects, from concept to delivery
- Photography and clip curation for digital buys as needed
- Adherence to brand guidelines and templates
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
