Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and overall quality of all marketing assets before launch. Working within Marcom, this role will collaborate closely with a matrix of internal and external stakeholders. Most critically, this role will engage with Functional Producers and the Legal & Compliance group, to meticulously review and validate marketing materials across various channels. The ideal candidate possesses proofreading experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding legal requirements as it relates to our financial products.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Compliance Verification: Validate that all marketing assets adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines by comparing every applicable marketing asset to the legally approved asset. Verify that all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and overall brand messaging.
- Collaboration: Work with Marcom team members (e.g., copywriters and producers) to provide accurate feedback and ensure that all revisions are implemented accurately.
- Liaise with Legal & Compliance: Collaborate with the Legal & Compliance group to address any legal or regulatory concerns related to marketing materials and incorporate their feedback into the review process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all reviews, approvals, and revisions made to marketing materials.
- Testing: Perform functionality testing on digital marketing assets (e.g., website landing pages, email links) to ensure proper functionality and user experience.
- Project Management: Communicate projects in queue on a daily and weekly basis to gain consensus on prioritization.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Copy Editor or Marketing QA analyst, or similar role.
- Independent, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Able to deal with rapid change in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects based on a set of criteria.
- Confidence in initiating edit requests and explaining the rationale to support corrections.
- Familiar with Apple applications including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.
- Familiar with project management tools.
- Experience: 5-7 years in a role that demonstrates success with the above bullets
- Bonus points for related experience in financial services / fintech or another regulated industry
