We take on the big moments and bold ideas — from the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show to Lionel Messi’s arrival in MLS to the simplicity of Apple Pay. Our mission is simple: build brand love for Apple every day. We do this through inspiring creative, a culture-first mindset, and a belief that Apple’s Services make our devices even more powerful and essential.

Marcom LA’s photography team supports the strategic and visual storytelling of Apple’s brand voice. We are looking for innovative voices who approach problems with a heavy dose of both experience and curiosity. Our diverse backgrounds and perspectives drive our ability to deliver creative campaigns with production excellence. We support all the lines of business that fall within the Services category with a range of image research, photo editing, concepting, production, licensing, and postproduction.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Photography Producer with an elevated taste level and a seasoned production point of view to manage large-scale photography initiatives end-to-end. You will shape visual storytelling for Apple Services by managing photography productions from concept to delivery, leveraging your global network of partners while ensuring excellence across every detail. Your work will directly shape how millions experience Apple’s Services globally, ensuring every campaign not only meets Apple’s high standards but also inspires, surprises, and delights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, integrated photography productions for Apple Services campaigns, overseeing execution to delivery across all formats including print, digital, OOH, and social.
  • Maintain the creative and production standards for photography within Marcom, providing clear communication to internal and external partners.
  • Proactively identify and engage top global photographers and production partners.
  • Lead photo and video research to support high-level project development, editorial storytelling, and licensing needs.
  • Manage complex budgets and timelines while maintaining the flexibility to pivot in dynamic creative environments.
  • Present concepts and production strategies clearly to creative leadership and senior stakeholders, driving decisions with data-informed and taste-driven rationale. Expertly craft presentations and visuals to support projects.
  • Oversee image rights, licensing negotiations, and legal clearances with confidence and precision.
  • Collaborate closely with production team, internal creatives, external partners, and vendors to deliver best-in-class work.

What You’ll Bring

  • Leadership experience tackling large-scale productions.
  • 10+ years of experience in photography production for editorial, commercial, or integrated campaigns at a global level.
  • A refined taste level with the ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that inspire and deliver.
  • Deep knowledge of global photography talent, agencies, and production resources, with a strategic mindset to select the right partners for each project.
  • Demonstrated on-set production leadership across a variety of deliverables and budgets, with strong logistical expertise.
  • Advanced understanding of contracts, negotiations, and legal frameworks in photography and motion production.
  • Impeccable digital organization skills and a process-oriented mindset with flexibility for creative evolution.
  • Excellent, concise communication with senior creatives, legal teams, and external partners.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a positive, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for photography and a relentless curiosity to discover new talent and broaden your visual library.
  • Degree in BS/BA Art, Photography, Film, Graphic Design or Visual Communication or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert Knowledge of Apple Pages, Numbers, and Keynote as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
