Description:

The Technical Graphic Production Program Lead will be part of a team, shaping the strategy, execution, and delivery of solutions that elevate our production workflows. Your work will directly empower creative and production teams by enhancing efficiency, scalability, and quality across digital asset creation and delivery.

This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong grasp of the end-to-end graphic production lifecycle, technical project management best practices, and a passion for developing and implementing robust, scalable systems that streamline production at scale. You’ll be working both internally, and with agency partners, to promote consistency, efficiency, and innovation, ensuring alignment across all production disciplines.

You will serve as the bridge between creative production needs and technical execution, ensuring our engineering and tools teams deliver solutions that automate workflows, optimize creative pipelines, and support evolving stakeholder demands. By driving initiatives across automation, process improvement, and tool development, you will play a key role in enabling our teams to produce world-class digital content with speed and consistency.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships across internal teams and agency partners; monitoring status and progress of current and future Marcom processes; and playing a critical role in key projects. The Technical Graphic Production Program Lead will also be responsible for recommending strategies that further Marcom’s production goals, identifying opportunities to integrate tools and workflows that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Partner closely with the Agency Technical Production Process Manager, Apple Tools teams, and other cross-functional partners to define, implement, and maintain best practices that address both internal processes and geo-localization needs.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce repetitive manual tasks and increase throughput in digital production pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure production workflows remain efficient, consistent, and aligned with evolving creative needs.
  • Participate in workflow, process, and complexity discussions to identify technical challenges, propose mitigations, and support solutions that enable scale, speed, and creative excellence.
  • Drive productivity improvements through process optimization, task automation, adoption of new technology, and application of AI principles to support design and production tasks.
  • Stay current on emerging technology, industry trends, and innovations in graphic and image production to inform strategy and inspire continuous improvement.
  • Elevate concerns and provide strategic recommendations in partnership with internal and agency teams to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen overall production capabilities.

Experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in high-volume graphic production, creative operations, or digital asset management.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows (e.g., asset creation, localization, versioning, delivery).
  • Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or workflow management systems that enhance production efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with both technical and creative stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Strong, audience-oriented presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive individual and problem solver
