Role: tv+ Marketing Operations Specialist
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years operations and/or marketing experience within entertainment studio or media agency; ideally 1+years at a streaming company
- Experience working on series and/or film marketing campaigns, with an eye towards project management and driving operational excellence
- Experience developing, testing and/or implementing planning tools and interconnected systems
- Detail oriented with inherent ability to see the “big picture” and work through the details
- Highly collaborative, open communicator who works proactively with internal & external partners to identify, solve and deliver for project needs
- Solutions oriented and adaptable, able to quickly pivot to explore alternate solutions and work through ambiguity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing development of tv+ Marketing playbook
- Collaborate with internal team members to analyze, ideate and deliver new/revised workflows
- Analyze campaign operations data to determine and develop best practices
- Create reference documentation and workflow visuals
- Key partner to Sr Ops Lead and Campaign Management team on Physical Production asset management and migration
- Scripts, show bibles, production schedules, etc.
- Pre-release content access & deliveries
- Asset organization & fulfillment for partner cost-share requests
- Ideate tooling solutions to support campaign best practices
- Determine business need and resources based on internal tooling ecosystem and roadmap
- Lead approach to rollout and launch on assigned projects, in partnership with IS&T
- Support change management and adoption
- Manage campaign marketing award submissions (as needed)
- Set and lead meetings, develop timelines, create and manage project tracker
- Work internally and cross-functionally to ensure campaign details are accurate and approved ahead of submission
