Brand Content Manager
Job Summary
The Brand team oversee all of the advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and cohesive execution of our world-class communications.
Our team is looking for an experienced marketing communications professional to provide strategic and executional leadership across our consumer marketing with a focus on creative content. In this role, the Brand Content Manager will join an established Brand team, Creatives, Planners, and Functional Producers who work across Retail, Channel, Interactive, Events, Video, and Packaging to help lead, develop, and execute global integrated marketing communication efforts.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include partnering with creative and content curation teams to ensure the work is on strategy; driving communications, creating and delivering presentations, managing approval processes, troubleshooting where needed to facilitate smooth workflows for all teams, distributing marketing assets to partners across Apple, and management of confidential information and equipment.
Key Qualifications
- You have at least five years of experience as a creative producer, XF production producer, or creative project manager—with strategic chops—preferably at a creatively driven ad agency or in-house marketing communications department.
- You are enthusiastic, inquisitive, and team oriented, with the ability and vision to define the day-to-day aspects of your primary role while keeping focus on its larger goals.
- You are exceptionally resilient and can take changing priorities and ambiguity in stride.
- You understand how to read a room, how to bring people together around a common goal, and how to lead discussions where everyone’s voice is heard and respected.
- You are exceptionally coachable.
- You enjoy meeting people and excel at building rapport, credibility, and influence with partners and have leveraged this to make things happen throughout highly matrixed organizations.
- You support, understand, and enhance the creative development process across multiple media and functional teams. You enjoy making other people’s jobs easier.
- You can balance working in a fast-paced, creatively driven organization with an analytical and focused approach to marketing.

Description
- As a member of the Brand team, you will deeply partner with content and creative teams as the conduit between Marcom and stakeholders across Apple to drive the creative development and creation of content to be used across deliverables world wide.
- You will work closely with the Sr. Brand Content Manager, team of Brand Managers, Brand Creatives, and Creative Directors to create a high-level creative content plan across a launch.
- You will continually communicate the content strategy and directional changes to Marcom functional partners.
- Partner with the Brand team and Planner to develop compelling content briefs that align with the overall communication strategies.
- Participate in creative reviews to ensure the content strategy is on brief and the content story is carried across marketing materials.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and shepherd the exchange of disclosed devices, materials, and assets as needed to achieve launch goals.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
