Job Summary
The Production Travel Manager supports the video production team that is accountable for planning and execution of video-based communication projects across multiple platforms and brand groups.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and executing travel arrangements with external and internal production companies, production crews, cast, and Marcom staff. Essential skills: effective communicator, highly organized, detail oriented.
Key Qualifications
- You have at least five years of experience in a leading role in Production Travel Management at a commercial production company, ad agency, or in creative production services.
- Able to handle multiple tasks for multiple individuals.
- Be highly organized, maintaining and coordinating schedules across teams in
- various stages of production.
- Be dependable, have superb attention to detail and quality, and the ability to learn and cope with rapid change.
- Operate independently and be self-guided when it comes to day-to-day running of your tasks.
- Have the ability to communicate, both written and verbally with all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with workflows in video production.
- You have strong interpersonal and project tracking skills.
- You can solve problems creatively and are able to compromise without impacting the work.
- You are able to work upstream to anticipate and plan for change.
Description
- Communicate daily with Managers and Producers across multiple levels for updated project information.
- Assist in setting up production travel kick off meetings, and follow-up on agenda items.
- Responsible for tracking and sharing costs with production teams.
- Coordinate transport of sensitive and confidential materials or equipment.
- Safeguards confidential information and is discreet.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
