Summary:

The Photography team is looking for a Lead Photo Production Artist who has an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with our creative team, brainstorm ideas, create templates, and make visual magic happen. Exciting, right? Let's create something amazing! The Lead Photo Production Artist will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the various roles in developing high profile projects.  This position is responsible for leading and driving the following areas:

Description:

• Lead project template creation (design, layout, production, and photography)  
• Create clean easy-to-use design mockups and presentation decks     
• Organize and archive photos and projects                            
• Scanning/plotting project images        
• Photography/Footage research
• Designing internal content
• Mounting and trimming presentations
• Lead meeting prep
• Team expert using plotters and Xerox machines — making sure they are properly loaded and functioning
• Must be on-site for the work (5 days a week)
• Project hours vary and may require night and weekend work

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• In depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process 
• Experience working with Creative Directors and Senior Producers
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
• Passion for visual aesthetics and photography

Experience in the following tools:

InDesign

Illustrator 

Photoshop

Keynote

Education       Must have a minimum of BA in the graphic design/arts related field and/or relevant experience.
