Social Producer, Apple TV+ Series

We are seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join the Apple TV+ Social Team. This person should have experience in the fast-paced world of entertainment marketing and have social media expertise with a background in cross-functional creative development.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Apple TV+ Social by playing a pivotal role supporting the end-to-end production cycle of social and activation campaigns for our title slate. 

This individual will be responsible for defining production strategy, realities and solutions as well as driving operational excellence in order to execute the most engaging and impactful creative possible. This individual will directly oversee multiple titles across various genres and cultural touchpoints.

As a part of the broader Apple TV+ Marketing Organization, our team’s purpose is to drive conversation and love for our brand, series, films, talent and fans.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years of marketing experience working for global brands with an emphasis on integrated communications. 
  • Experience with balancing work in a fast-paced, creatively-driven organization through a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent project and time management skills are required, as are adaptability and flexibility.
  • Critical thinking skills are crucial to ensure comfort in navigating and ensuring alignment with evolving campaign and brand strategy.
  • Problem solving skills and a high level of organizational acumen to assess and navigate issues while applying rigorous attention to detail.
  • Extensive background in social, digital, and video asset creation and approval cycles.
  • Strong grasp of the general social landscape, including formats and trends across the various different platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building cross-functional rapport, credibility, and influence with multiple partners working within a highly matrix’d organization.
  • Passionate Apple brand user who is familiar with the products, including Mail, iCloud, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar. 
  • Experience working across a multitude of digital and physical productions.
  • Strong understanding of creator and influencer campaigns; experience with managing budgets, timelines, approvals, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of multiple social media campaigns for Apple TV+ series across various channels, handling fixed deadlines, dynamic objectives, and intricate executional details that change from title to title;
  • Orchestrate key launch moments with exceptional project management and organizational skills, effectively managing and aligning internal partnerships, agency scopes, production partners, influencer selections, and campaign execution to ensure the highest possible output for our consumers;
  • Oversee the creative execution of all assigned social posts ahead of publication, ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign off, assets are accurately QC’d, and reflect our overall strategic voice and legal requirements;
  • Own budget and scope details across multiple titles with external & internal partners, as well as identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance cost efficiencies and optimize those relationships;
  • Innovate on social tools and processes in the pursuit of operational excellence across all relevant workflows, owning and maintaining tools and information that improve our strategic and creative opportunities with a keen eye for how to deploy, improve, and iterate on the systems we have in place;
  • Coordinate content capture with internal creative and production teams, leading external productions with agency partners, talent, and influencers;
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal and business affairs teams to ensure all representations of Apple and its affiliates align with established standards and expectations.
