AV Creative Production Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Creative Production Manager to lead the execution and delivery of marketing

campaign assets across the Apple TV+ programming slate. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with the

Creative Director overseeing campaign development to drive the operational workflow from kickoff

through delivery—owning timelines, budgets, and asset tracking in support of our creative, marketing,

and cross-functional partners.

You’re the connector—the one who keeps projects moving, budgets aligned, and deadlines met. A

proactive problem solver with deep post-production experience, you understand how creative decisions

impact timelines, resources, and the broader campaign strategy.

This role calls for a nimble, strategic thinker with a producer’s mindset—comfortable navigating fast-

paced, high-volume environments. You bring a strong background in entertainment marketing and know

how to manage creative production across a wide range of deliverables, from video and social to digital,

paid, and international formats. You’ll be the go-to partner ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution

across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day communications between Creative Advertising and cross-functional partners to

build and maintain detailed campaign timelines with clear asset requirements and delivery

milestones.

Define and manage project budgets, forecast needs, build contingency plans, and align costs

with strategic goals.

Track progress across all marketing touchpoints—including social, paid media, digital,

international, and broadcast—ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and

to spec.

Collaborate with the Finishing team to prioritize assets and manage post-production workflows.

Proactively troubleshoot production and post-production issues, escalating where needed to

keep campaigns on track.

Manage vendor and agency relationships from onboarding through invoicing, ensuring seamless

day-to-day project management and financial oversight.

Provide ongoing visibility into campaign spending, articulating variances, rationales, and budget

allocation decisions to senior stakeholders.

Act as a thought partner to creative leads, supporting the campaign strategy with operational

excellence and scalable solutions.

Surface key campaign decisions or blockers to senior leadership as needed.

Key Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in creative production, project management, or marketing

operations—preferably within entertainment, media, or creative agencies.

Deep understanding of the post-production process across video, social, digital, and paid

formats.

Demonstrated success managing complex, high-profile campaigns with large budgets and tight

timelines.

Experience working across cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders around a

shared production vision. Proven ability to manage asset workflows, timelines, vendors, and campaign execution at scale.

High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and confidence juggling multiple concurrent

projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Advanced working knowledge of tools like Airtable, Excel, Google Suite, Asana, or similar

platforms.

About You

You’re a seasoned leader in creative production—part strategist, part operator—who thrives at the

intersection of creative ambition and executional excellence. You bring a deep understanding of the

entire campaign lifecycle, from early concepting to final asset delivery, and are comfortable steering

large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving goals.

You're not just a doer—you’re a driver. You anticipate roadblocks before they happen, bring clarity to

chaos, and foster alignment across teams. Your communication is clear, your planning is meticulous, and

your instincts are trusted by both creative and business leaders. You thrive in high-stakes, high-volume

environments, and bring a calm, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do.

You’re passionate about storytelling, marketing, and the mechanics that bring great ideas to life. You

understand how to balance creative integrity with business needs—and know how to lead teams through

it all with empathy, precision, and confidence.
