The marketing communications group is responsible for developing breakthrough marketing campaigns that incorporate all communications disciplines. As an Senior Designer, you’ll work under the guidance of an Art director, and in collaboration with other creative and technical disciplines, to bring the story of our groundbreaking products to life on our .com, retail stores and partner digital channels. You will contribute to the work from concept through production and delivery ensuring it adheres to our standard of quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Art Directors in creating and delivering high quality interactive materials.
- Designing and maintaining marketing deliverables across our .com, and iOS / HTML global platforms in our Retail Stores and Channel partner stores, to align to project goals, creative direction, and templates.
- Troubleshooting new ideas or executions as needed, enhancing existing experiences and optimizing content for new product initiatives, working within process to define technical specifications.
- Prepare for creative reviews but outputting optimized files, preparing decks and presentation materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of industry experience in interactive/digital marketing communications industry.
- A portfolio that showcases visual design talent for a range of digital experiences including web, mobile, and/or app.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent design and conceptual skills accompanied by the ability to guide, evaluate, and redirect creative development when necessary.
- Skilled with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
- Extensive knowledge of web production and basic front-end engineering skills.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace and to deliver quality work at a high volume in a tight timeframe.
- Diligent, flexible, resourceful, and independent with a strong work ethic and organizational skills, willing to take risks, fail, and learn from mistakes.
- Demonstrates strong diplomatic skills to actively engage in healthy debate with partners and peers.
Education
- Preferred: BA or BFA in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
