Summary
Marcom LA is looking to add an exceptional senior digital creative to the Design Team. This role requires a creative professional fluent in digital marketing and advertising, with strong skills in visual design and effective messaging. With experience in digital best practices for still and motion creative units, they must also be skilled in storyboarding, communicating, and directing effective ad units and short-form motion videos, ultimately demonstrating the ability to lead teams in creating high-quality executions.
This creative is familiar with all facets of digital marketing creative development, including optimization and A/B testing." A mindset focused on creative templates and scalability is highly desirable. We seek someone who is independent and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Cross-functional communication skills are essential, as the team interfaces with many other groups and manages many campaigns across business lines and countries simultaneously. The Brand Team operates at a fast pace and follows an iterative process. The ideal candidate has familiarity with performance marketing, digital advertising, social media, and the mobile marketing landscape in the areas of apps, gaming, and pop culture.
Description
The Digital Creative will lead creative efforts across diverse areas of advertising and content needs. Responsible for briefing and sourcing creative assets for paid social, display, video, and native formats within the ATV line of business. They will work very closely with the channel managers, media agencies, and external vendors & agencies to develop assets and provide analytical and creative expertise.
