Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented US Channel XF Platforms Project Manager to orchestrate multiple fast-paced projects in channel retail environments. This individual will be responsible for supporting merchandising projects and strategic initiatives to ensure in-store customer experience remains consistent and impactful across all retail settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of merchandising principles, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various teams, vendors, and partners.
Description
The Channel XF Platforms Project Manager will support execution of multiple high-priority merchandising projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. The Project Manager will apply a sound knowledge of merchandising principles to projects with the goal of maintaining premium brand standards and customer experiences. Project scope may include channel campaigns, new product launch activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and track the progress of numerous visual merchandising project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Produce comprehensive merchandising framework guides, integrating customer journeys, product presentations, and in-store technologies.
- Communicate status updates and collaborate with internal teams, retail partners, and vendors to ensure project alignment and successful execution to keep projects on track.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in merchandising, marketing, and/or design industries with retail visual merchandising, operations, and project management at the core of your skillset.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to drive workflows with internal teams, external channel partners, and vendors.
- Possess knowledge of marketing and merchandising principles to support development and execution of product placement and campaign goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex retail design, merchandising, or marketing projects, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of retail customer journeys with knowledge of store design, physical merchandising elements, and in-store technologies.
- Experience reviewing visual merchandising documentation and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Project Management, Design, or a related field.
