Design Ops Coordinator (Hybrid - On-site)
Summary
The Operations team within AppleTV+ Marketing is tasked with building processes/workflows, managing budgets, and facilitating all creative production in partnership with our creative teams. Within Operations, our Design Creative Producer team works in lockstep with our Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Post Production, ensuring all show branding and artwork are produced in support of our AppleTV+ original series and films. The Producers establish our workflows and executional strategies, while maintaining all schedules, budgets, deliverables, and cross functional communication & asset distribution.
Description:
The Design Operations Coordinator is a contract role in support of our Creative Producers and team. The ideal coordinator is solutions-driven and not afraid to roll their sleeves up against a broad variety of tasks and responsibilities. With a keen focus on asset, tooling, and information management, the coordinator aids in campaign set up, asset management, file distribution, as well as data entry. Individual tasks include:
- Ensuring agencies have access to scripts, episodes, features, files, and photography elements
- Establishing all folders, naming conventions, and agency file shares in order to kick off campaigns/work
- Setting up initial campaigns, asset suites, and workback schedules using our project management software
- Aiding producers in communicating asset progress and updating our tooling as status and schedules shift
- Supporting the team across a variety of asset management responsibilities, including the organization of assets, the copying/transfer of files, etc.
- Manage the servicing and distribution of files/assets to a wide variety of internal stakeholders
- Triaging any internal requests that come in via our internal request form — and managing the fulfillment of individual file requests
- Liase with our print production team to manage any internal/external poster requests for our artwork
Key Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience supporting marketing teams/campaigns
- Experience in entertainment marketing on an operations/production team preferred, but not required
- Hands-on experience across both internal and third party software tools with a focus on asset and project management
- The ability to positively collaborate in a creative environment across a wide variety of internal/external teams and individuals
- A passion and excitement for entertainment, the creative process, and figuring out the “how” across a multitude of complex issue
- Experience with Photoshop, as well as other tools and file types associated with artwork/static design
