Title: Producer, Interactive
Job Summary: The Marketing Communications group leads advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
In the role of Interactive Producer, you will be responsible for managing short to medium term technical projects for the company’s website and long term projects to deliver, maintain, and enhance internal site maintenance tools. You will work alongside an existing producer and development / QA teams supporting a wide array of business and technical stakeholders. You will also be responsible for enhancing the overall process by automating repetitive tasks and developing new tools. He/She will need to understand that our internal tools and systems are an extension of The Marketing Communications group - and need to be at the same level of quality. The position requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with creative and technology teams.

Key Qualifications:
- You have at least 5 years experience in digital project management, with at least two years demonstrable experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through projects. Interactive agency experience is helpful.
- You have experience in marketing and development of digital communications and you are proficient in the latest Internet advancements and technology.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, writing briefs and requirements documents
- You deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
- You have familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.
- You are highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.

- Manages projects across digital platforms by working closely with the team and using project management tools to track project timelines
- Documents and communicates high-level project concepts in project briefs and business requirements.
- Organizes information quickly and summarizes it succinctly within a specified deadline to move the project forward.
- Builds strong relationships effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
- Collaborates with multiple partners, builds positive relationships, and leads a multidisciplinary team toward desired results.
- Structures and scopes complex digital and interactive projects, with multiple work streams.
- Collaborates with producers and agency teams on an ongoing basis to support the success of the project.
- Prioritizes projects and ongoing changes in real time, and refines interactive processes based on project requirements.
- Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Works under tight deadlines and has the flexibility to accommodate change.
- Recommends solutions that break ground in digital interaction, and does not shy away from standing behind the right solution.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
