Synergy Marketing Specialist (Hybrid - On-site)

The Apple TV+ Synergy Marketing team develops and executes strategic marketing programs that utilize the Apple ecosystem to drive viewership and engagement with original series and films. We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual with consumer marketing and project management experience to join the team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team in developing synergy marketing plans for Apple TV+ content releases and marketing initiatives, and partner with various lines of business across the Apple ecosystem to bring these programs to life. 
  • Oversee the execution of synergy marketing campaigns from concept to launch and beyond, working closely with cross-functional teams and internal and external partners on all campaign elements. 
  • Manage synergy marketing program timelines, trackers, workflow, and execution elements, keeping internal teams and external partners aligned and updated throughout. 
  • Submit creative requests and track, source, manage, organize, and traffic assets for synergy marketing program needs. 
  • Manage the review and approval process of synergy program elements with internal teams and stakeholders. 
  • Develop and update presentations, documents, and project trackers. 
  • Create synergy campaign recaps documenting all elements of each campaign.  
  • Gather and analyze post campaign metrics to measure success and identify key learnings to share out with internal teams. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 5-7 years of experience working on a marketing team or at a creative agency with internal cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Preferred experience in the entertainment marketing space. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external partners.
  • Experience leading the execution process for marketing programs and activations. 
  • Impeccable organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to learn quickly and work expertly while managing multiple projects simultaneously against tight deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Experience using Apple suite, including Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. 

Plus Skills:

  • Passion for entertainment and pop culture (TV, Film, Music, Sports). 
  • Experience working for a TV or Film Studio or Streamer. 
  • Experience working on Synergy Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Content Marketing projects. 
  • Previous Apple work experience. 
  • Strong Keynote design skills with the ability to create mockups of marketing activations. 
QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Preferred years of experience : 5+ Years
  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
